TES Makerspace is a STEAM lab where students learn the Engineering Design Process, tinker, create, and innovate! Students are exposed to STEAM careers and are tasked with creating solutions to real-life problems that these professionals may be faced with. Students focus on social-emotional skills through team work and building growth mindsets. Hands on learning provides students with real tangible skills with tools and materials as well as an opportunity to learn differently than the might in a traditional classroom.
