My students are required to read every day. To celebrate their hard work, I want to have a book raffle at the end of the year. We use a reading program at our school that gives a point value to all books. For every point they earn, they earn a raffle ticket. They can use their ticket as a chance to win any of the books I have selected with this project. I chose books that were high interest and Newberry winners. These are all books they will WANT to read. Not only will this project celebrate reading, but it will also encourage future reading.
