I am a junior high counselor, and often experience many students who come from difficult home lives or have lots of conflict here at school. By giving them their own stress ball, to keep here at school can make them calm down and re-focus their attention on what is important their school work, and making good grades. My primary goal is to give each student I see in counseling, around forty to fifty per week a stress ball while they are in my office. This will calm them down, and help them to re-focus on what is important in their lives, and in school.

About my class
