I plan on transforming our classroom into a hospital! Students will be dressing as doctors as we review and practice various Reading and Math strategies we have learned! They will use the coats, gloves, masks, and hats to look like a doctor and get into the spirit as we tackle what we have learned in order to save our patients. I want to transform our room to look as close to a hospital as possible! The sheets will be used to transform our desks into "hospital beds". We will use the large plastic needles and pipe cleaners to sew up some "incisions" in bananas as we learn about fractions on a number line! Every good doctor needs a good pen... so why not have one that looks like a syringe to top off the "look"!
