I have asked for math manipulatives that I plan on using in their math centers. At the moment I use laminated activities that I have created for them and would LOVE to receive new things that will not start peeling at the corners and that will last longer. The calendar and number of the day will be used for our morning meeting DAILY. The students will have the opportunities to come up and move the pieces which enhances learning. The cones and locks with numbers 1-10 will be used in their math centers for practice. Those are fun items that will catch their attention and keep them engaged. The other manipulatives I requested are also for their math centers, we have 5 at a time and do rotations. I want to make them as fun and engaging as possible.
