Many students know the Gym as a fun place to run around. I want students to also see the motivation to eat and play in a healthy way. As a physical education teacher, it is important that I serve as a role model. Showing the students and offering for them to try a variety of healthy food will help them formulate what is healthy and what is not. Having fun and positive posters to hang up will help the students learn movements in a kinesthetic manner. To have some fun with different fitness routines, I put in for a vibration plate machine. This machine is supposed to help with Yoga poses, and it is a new trendy technology in physical education. Introducing the same old workout gets boring sometimes to students that are glued to their screens. I would love the opportunity to show them cutting edge machines.
