With up-to-date equipment, students seem to be more engaged in the activities. The equipment would increase their interests in playing. When we increase the student's interests in physical activities, it helps the students: improve strength and endurance, reduce stress and anxiety, help control weight/reduces the risk of obesity, build healthy bones and boost their self -esteem. I would like to replace the old worn out, damaged equipment and get the right size equipment for my students. The school I currently teach at was a K-8 school. So we have mostly big kid equipment. I would like to purchase smaller size balls that the kids can get a better grip. With the newer and better hula hoops, bean bags, balls, game scarves, the students would have a better positive effect on learning. It helps increase concentration, better grades, better attendance and they have better behavior.
