My students brighten my day everyday with their ambitious desire to learn and reach goals. My students challenge each other and often like to extend a learning experience outside of the perimeters that I even imagined. My objective at the beginning of every year is to create an environment of community. Often times my students will peer teach and assist one another in learning. We have a huge party at my home each year to build on friendship amongst the students in and out of school. My class loves to take opportunities to enter projects for writing, art etc. outside of the classroom. Though my students have such desires to go beyond, we often can only extend our enrichment so far due to financial reasons. Our school is Pre-K thru 5th grade. We have ASB at our school for students to have leadership opportunities. We have School Spirit Assemblies. We currently have over 750 students. Amazing!
