I have requested individual whiteboards for each of the 30 students in my class, with room for growth. These whiteboards will help my students be actively engaged in learning in whole-class, small-group, and one-on-one settings. They will increase participation and engagement in every aspect of classroom instruction. The writing prompt and paired text passages will be essential in building a group of strong writers by increasing rigor and providing feedback. With these materials in my classroom, I will be able to more effectively target the weaknesses and strengths of my students' writing. My parent volunteers will also use these materials when working with students.

About my class
