Help me create a classroom environment where mindfulness, meditation and movement are part of everything we do. The flexible seating and area rug will allow my students to find a comfortable place to learn away from the standard high school tables and chairs. We have made modifications to the furniture, but we have done as much as we can with the materials we have. We also have the flexibility to push the furniture aside to create a nice open space to practice our yoga movement. The yoga mats will give each student their own space to develop their personal yoga practice. My goal is to inspire my students to integrate mindfulness, meditation and movement into every part of their lives. All of these items will help equip my students with tools they can use for a lifetime!
