We work diligently to identify and help our most struggling students and just because they can not afford to purchase their own headphones, does not mean they don't deserve them. With these new quality headphones, our students will be able to clearly hear their daily math and reading intervention lesson instruction. Each day we serve about 60 students. Each students currently uses teacher-purchased, under $1, one-size-fits-all earbuds. Often times only one side works and students do not want to wear them because they hurt their ears. We want students to worry less about comfort and more about the individualized lessons they are learning. They will also help students during their state-mandated, high-stakes testing. Please help us help our students.
