My students' favorite unit is our robotics unit. Building the robots is great fun, but programming them is the best part! This works best when each group has their own Chromebook for viewing assignments, writing programs, and linking them to their robots via Bluetooth. If students can consistently use the same Chromebook each day, their program work can be saved directly to that device. This way unfinished programs do not have to be started from scratch the next day. Sharing a limited number of Chromebooks among the other classrooms in school is the only option we have, but having our own Chromebooks in our class would make it easier to keep our robots moving!
