The arts inspire, encourage, and transform lives. In this three day trip to the Shakespeare Festival students will be able to see theater at it's best, have real college experiences, and learn about cultures other than their own. Students will be able to see three plays, "Between Two Knees" a production about Native American History, "Hairspray" a romping fun musical, and "As You Like It" one of Shakespeare's most entertaining tales. While in Ashland, students will stay and eat in the dorms at SOU which promises to be an experience all it's own for many of these future first generation college students.

About my class
