Having these new Snug Plug n Play Kids Headphones in the classroom will help students as we move more and more into the digital world. Many learning tools and applications are used on our classroom tablets. We use some fantastic programs that personalize the learning needs for each student during independent work time. In order for students to use these programs, they need to listen to specific instructions and tutoring lessons designed just for them. Without headphones, there is a lot of jumbled noise in the classroom from everyones speakers making it difficult for students to focus on their own learning, no matter how hard they try or how low they put their own volumes. Having headphones for each student will increase their ability to focus and learn in the classroom during these times.
