I like to work with my students through out the school day in small groups. I provide after school tutoring for struggling students. With this in mind, I would like to have new table and chairs for my students to have a designated area in the class. This area for the students would give them a comfortable place to gain instruction in small groups. My students are more engaged in their learning when they are seated in small groups at a table with the teacher. Having my undivided attention in a comfy half moon seating gives them direct instruction with less disruptions. The students get excited about getting the opportunity to work at the small group table.
