My students need individual access to technology, every student needs one on one access. We have access to a limited number of Chromebooks and in order for each students to participate during class it is essential that we acquire two additional Chromebooks. Chromebooks will be used to access our inquiry based learning curriculum that is online based. We are working with the DBQ Project. The DBQ Project is an inquiry based curriculum that helps students develop high-level critical thinking skills. By having students access this high quality curriculum we are helping them build agency over their own learning. By creating student ownership in learning and instilling an inquisitive based / problem solving approach to historical topics, students will be able to apply such skills to tackle social issues that are currently being faced by our society.
