This is my first year teaching Special Education at an elementary school campus where the majority of our students come from low income households. My kids are eager and excited to learn but many of them struggle with disorders or disabilities that challenge them daily, in life and in the classroom. It requires many different resources to reach each student at their level and help them grow to reach and exceed their annual goals. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase our classroom resources, you will ultimately help to increase our students' academic achievement. Providing Guided Reading sets and hands-on activities will not only help my kids this year but so many kids in our Special Education program for years to come.

About my class
