The seven Chromebooks will be used during math centers and science time. Math centers are highly differentiated, and Chromebooks will allow students to work on specific math skills that correlate to whole group learning. Students will have individualized learning paths to help them accomplish their math goals. In science, the students will work in small groups on the Chromebooks to complete simulations as part of the new science curriculum. These simulations allow students to practice the scientific method, as they make predictions, change different factors in the simulations, and record their results. Students later use these results as evidence to support a claim when they write a scientific argument.
