In 5th grade, we learn about several systems within the body such as the skeletal system, circulatory system and digestive system. I believe the best way to understand how these systems work is to dive right into a dissection experience! As a little scientist, it is far better to have a hands-on experience than read about it in a science textbook! With the right dissecting materials, I want to liven up their science experience by dissecting an owl pellet for the skeletal system and dissecting a worm for the digestive system. These dissecting kits will provide endless possibilities for my kids' science adventures!

About my class
