My third grade students need to have the access to virtual reality in order to explore the world beyond the classroom. With access to virtual reality, our students will have the opportunity to become even more engaged in their own learning. My students could visit Mount Everest, explore the ocean depths, walk with wild animals, visit faraway destinations, travel to outer space, take a look inside the human body, and so very much more. I am not able to take my students to every area of the world, but with virtual reality, I can bring the world right to them.
