The use of an Apple TV will allow me to enhance student learning by using a variety of teaching methods. The Apple TV will serve as an interactive whiteboard that will mirror the screen of an iPad onto the board without any regards to proximity in the classroom. All students have different learning styles. This product will allow my students to interact with information to meet their individual needs. Students will be able to manipulate lessons, project their learning, and watch previous lessons during small group for further instruction. The Apple TV will allow me to provide differentiated instruction and reteach students by using a variety of teaching methods. The product will promote student engagement and participation. It will allow movement around the classroom to engage students so they are able to interact with the iPad anywhere in the room. Collaboration is a huge component in my classroom. My students are collaborating daily through student discussion to expand their thoughts and ideas in order to learn from each other. This would give my students more opportunities to learn and grow through different learning styles and reteach.
