If my students love interacting, using hands-on materials and working together, how can I best assist them in the classroom? Being able to access the materials they want and need by using containers at their fingertips will allow students to become independent and self-motivated. They will no longer have to ask me for these items- they will have open opportunity throughout class which will also give them more time for assignments and projects. If my student enjoy working around the room and not being restricted to their everyday seats, how can I create a portable work space that allows them to be motivated and directed by their tasks? Being able to move around and work in additional spaces will allow students to work in a student-centered classroom.
