Teaching brings great joy to my life! It was very important that I taught in the very same neighborhood where I was raised. I made this decision because the youth in this inner city neighborhood is faced with so many challenges. I felt that I could help alleviate these burdens by bringing compassion, care, and understanding for their plight. One of the major obstacles my students face is, poverty. Materials are scarce, and at home situations do not allow for luxuries. I put together these projects to help bring materials that will enhance my student's learning experiences. Any donations made towards my projects will be greatly appreciated and will most certainly be put to good use!
