I teach a Full-Time Special Education class of students identified with Intellectual Disabilities in a public, low-income elementary school in Pennsylvania. My kindergarten through 3rd grade students are enthusiastic learners who learn best with hands-on activities. In our classroom, I strive to help each child reach their full potential. We focus on the "cans", not the "can'ts" and it is amazing to be a part of all the things these special children are able to do!
