On a daily basis, I pull my students in groups of six to my small group table in order to provide more individualized instruction in both reading and math. This is a very important part of my daily routine! It allows me to tailor my instruction to meet the individual needs of each child. Flexible seating would be beneficial to my very active students! It would allow them to find a spot to stay calm and focused on the work in front of them. I aim to have a student-centered classroom, and I truly believe that a flexible seating option would help my students focus more!
