Art for Anxiety is a senior thesis project at M E College. Anxiety is something that many teens battle in and out of high school. This project is going to teach approximately 25-30 high school students healthy art projects to help battle their anxiety. Some projects that we wish to do in this class is aromatherapy candle making, painting, and modeling clay. The candle sets are a big component to this class because aromatherapy is a safe and natural remedy that students can use at home. Along with these art projects, students will be educated about anxiety and given helpful information.
