This button maker will be used in many ways. In order to affirm and promote leadership roles in our classroom, the button maker would serve as the tool to enhance and create tangible rewards. We would use the button maker to pursue entrepreneurship in the classroom. Students would design and create buttons, with the intention of raising funds for a future field trip. The button maker would serve to teach financial literacy skills and apply real world applications to classroom practices. Finally the button maker will be used to foster bonding amongst students in our after school clubs. Each club would design and build their logo. Students could wear their badges proudly.
