These items will create a calming atmosphere for my students. My students are eager to immerse themselves in a mindful classroom that will allow them to find peace and calm when their space gets overwhelming or when we need a moment to come back to our task at hand. It only takes a mindful moment to get back on task, prepare our minds for a test or wake our minds after working quietly. The singing bowl will bring students back on task, while the yoga brain cards will awaken our minds after working quietly, for an extended time or after lunch and recess.

About my class
