Taking children from letter recognition to writing and reading can be challenging, so I try to utilize every possible modem of instruction at my disposal. It has been established that children learn in a variety of ways. By using a white board easel with lines, the children would learn to differentiate between upper and lower case letters as well as begin to write them correctly. Not only could the children learn through a hands-on method; they could also benefit by seeing the letters and words modeled correctly . Whiteboard easels can be used to engage every child in every single lesson. As a teacher, I’ll know exactly who’s grasping the concepts and who’s not. Students will love them because they’re a fun new interactive way to learn. Mistakes made during a guided practice can be easily corrected by simply brushing it away. The double wide easel board can be used in whole group instruction, small guided groups, and in our learning centers. With a variety of teaching media available to the students, their opportunity to succeed increases considerably.
