Technology helps teachers prepare students for the real-world environment while helping students stay engaged. Having valuable hands-on technology for daily use will allow my students to realize the full potential of what technology can do for them. These chromebooks added to my classroom will help me implement a curriculum that addresses the skills and support my students need. For my students with disabilities, chromebooks will provide them a fun and interactive way to learn. As for my advanced students, they can create presentations to demonstrate their knowledge. My students get excited about being able to use technology and taking more control over their own learning, but having so many students means sharing and not using technology daily. Many of my students do not have access to computers other than a school setting. These chromebooks can take my students beyond the wall of the classroom as we study and explore different communities, countries, cities, and cultures. My students are so curious and creative that they can utilize the internet for research and creating presentations. Please help me provide my students with these chromebooks for not only to expand their learning but to also make them ready for the outside world.
