We continually use kitchen appliances in our culinary class and at this time we only have three Kitchen Aids for our six kitchens. This means that students are having to take turns and often do not get their product done in the time we have. Being able to engage all students at the same time would increase production, make all labs run smoothly and allow students equal experiences. This equipment will enable equal learning and the best way to learn cooking skills and food production is to have actual hands on experiences. Seeing students make breads, desserts and foods they love is such a joy!
