Getting lost in a book is one of life's many pleasures.  It is my hope to inspire and foster a love for reading in my fourth graders through book clubs, read aloud, and independent reading.  I hope to do this by exposing them to time-tested classics, as well as the latest new releases.  To ensure all students have accessible books, a classroom library must have a wide range of reading levels and genres. By donating to this project you will support students in their journey of becoming life-long readers. I currently rely on a collection of books that was established over 30 years ago.  Many of the books in the collection are well-loved and in need of replacing.  The collection is also in dire need of an update. Adding fresh titles to the collection will certainly inspire readers to pick up a book, give it a try, and hopefully get lost in its pages.
