These laptops will enable teachers to teach remotely during this pandemic. We have been working on student chromebooks, which do not have the capacity to fully teach online (running zoom, screen sharing, google classroom, whiteboard apps, creating videos for students etc.). During our meetings over the summer, we have been tasked with using certain tools, which cannot be run on the chromebooks we currently have. Our school does not have the budget to purchase computers for teachers, since we have already used additional funds for hotspots and computers for our students. Supporting this project will ensure our students have access to their teachers, and that teachers can communicate effectively to deliver content and social/emotional support reliably. Thank you!
