My project will bring actual instruments to the students of our general junior high music rooms. We're in the heart of St. Paul and serve students who are incredibly diverse ethnically, emotionally, and economically. The goal in my lessons are to teach curriculum as diverse as the students are. My goal is to see every student thrive in music and have the opportunity to play a real instrument. Currently, we only have buckets for our general music classes, and the hands-on approach to music needs a real instrument in every students' hands.
