Our school in California is an amazing neighborhood K-5 school with tremendous parental support. We also have outstanding support from businesses and individual members of our community who we can count on for fund-raising. Everyone has a vested interest in helping our students succeed and be the best they can be. Our student body is culturally diverse; we range in ability from autistic through gifted on our campus. Children and adults greet each other with warm smiles and courtesy. My class consists of 21 students; during Language Arts and P.E. I also have mainstreamed Special Ed. students bringing a range of learning from autistic through gifted learners and everything in-between.
