My students are eager to explore the world around them. During Social Studies, we compare and discuss different places. I have brought in two of my tablets from home just to ensure that my students have equal access. At times it becomes difficult when two - three students are sharing. I have to say though my students have patience and they wait their turns. I am asking for six Fire Tablets. These tablets will not only improve our Social Studies curriculum by helping my students with research assignments, they will provide my students the opportunity to access reading websites as well. Tablets in my classroom can make a difference in my student's learning. They will be giving the opportunities to explore outside of their own little worlds.
