This project is designed to replace our old, worn, faded red chairs which just won't clean up to look cheerful once again, no matter what we try to do to clean them. New blue ones will go a long way to improve our classroom climate, making it more inviting for the children and conducive to their learning. The chairs will be placed around tables where children eat their meals, work independently on table toys and in small groups. Comfort is so important for optimal learning in a classroom environment, and having a clean, comfortable and cheerfully decorated classroom goes a long way to promote a cheerful attitude with which to approach learning tasks. Please consider helping support our project so we can get new, comfortable chairs for our classroom.
