Using the dry erase boards, allows me to quickly check how students are understanding the information being taught. They allow math partners to work problems and quickly check each others progress. They allow Cooperative groups to use when reinforcing information, and checking for understanding of each member. Basic facts are the foundation for math applications for the rest of their lives. The digital timer will assist in the timing of Speed Drills of basic facts. Speed Drills are given each week to encourage the learning of facts. These basic classroom supplies will enrich the learning experience for my fourth graders.
