Students will learn how to use a variety of garden tools that will contribute their future knowledge of how to use them as adults. Our current tools are not allowing us to maximize our productivity in our garden project, that is why we are requesting a variety of tools. The tools we chose are a garden spade, garden pitch fork, garden rake, garden cultivator, garden weeder, garden hoe. Hand trowel, hand planter, hander cultivator, etc. All of these tools can be used to enhance their garden cultivation, knowledge at this time and as adults. Students will learn how and why these tools have been used in the past and now are applied to the our school/community garden.
