In my classroom, my students love to explore and create their own science experiments to expand their creative side. We allow children to do this through art, STEM, creative play, sensory play, and many other opportunities. By adding these new science materials, my students will be able to build, problem solve and create things from their little minds. The Instant Learning Centers Complete Set will give the students a variety of activity-filled centers. This can be used as a teacher- or student-centered activity. Students will also use language and literacy skills by recording their observations and findings on the write & wipe assessment cards. The Roll & Race Activity Ramp can be use to explore how objects move in different situations. This would be great as a small group or allow students to use independently during creative play. The STEM science stations is another activity that will challenge the students and use different materials for their experiments. I love to see my students' faces when we complete and experiment when they are all engaged and surprised with the outcome. I can see how proud they feel once they completed the experiment alone. I want to continue to encourage and support them with these process every day and show them that learning can be fun.
