A trampoline will help take my exciting curriculum to the next level! Bouncing during Physical Education class will allow my students to redirect their energy as well as improve their balance and flexibility during physical activities and vigorous games. This kind of exercise will also absorb shock to students' joints and encourage flexibility during play. Strengthening muscles and removing toxins through trampoline jumping ensures healthy cardiovascular and muscular endurance. A strong heart and lungs are the components of a healthy body and part of what we teach here in the gym! Giving my students this welcoming distraction ensures there is no chore involved in any daily routine.
