All I need is a pencil and an open mind... I want to empower students to first learn about history, but then to write their own story and see their place in the world today! Help me make connections between primary sources and current events, create interactive re-enactments, and bring a global awareness to the next generation. Through your donations, students will analyze themes of history, apply them to today, while learning valuable literacy skills and life lessons that will help them succeed long-term. They can't write their stories without a pencil and paper, though. Thanks for your help in allowing their stories to come to life!

About my class
