People use to say that technology is the way of the future...the future is here. One of our school-wide goals is to increase literacy at every grade level. One of my goals is to also increase my scholars' passion and love for reading. The products I have chosen, iPads, will give every scholar I lead access to an online library that will support their individual interests and topics which make their curiosity spike. Our scholars drift into a world of their own when they engage in a new book. I want that world to be available no matter where they are or how much time they are able to dedicate to their passions. The iPads and associated protective materials will allow scholars to read and dream at their own level and pace, and with their own interests. iPads will allow scholars to travel and drift into topics they may not have even known existed. Our scholars are dedicated to increasing their literacy levels and their passions for reading. Let's come together to make it more accessible.
