These materials will help my students remain focused, and succeed in our topic discussions. The shelf file bins will help keep them organized with their school supplies as they do not have individual cubbies, or desks. The big floor rug will be a place we meet first thing in the morning to begin our day, but will also serve as a place for alternative seating if my students need to change their space to remain focused in class. The moveable chairs, and small area rug will serve as a library space, and as an area for my students to regroup if they need a moment to themselves. These items will help my new students feel they are in an environment that supports their needs. Your help will give students a library area, alternative seating, and a place to start our day. My hope is to create a safe and comfortable space for them to learn. This will also be a place they love to learn in each day.
