All of my students have unique learning and communication styles. Some students require additional visual prompts to engage in socially appropriate conversations with peers and adults. The majority of my students require consistent visual supports in the classroom and at home for functional communication skills. By donating this printer, I will be able to create student specific communication boards, visual prompts for safe navigation on public transportation, visual prompts specific to job sites, picture communication symbols to use at home and school, and therapy materials to address specific student needs.
