I cannot image the future of music without music technology. So much of what the current generation listens to, is based out of ninety percent digital music. It is one sure way of getting one hundred percent student engagement and collaboration when music technology is introduced to the curriculum with iPads. It helps students build confidence, relationships, contacts and overall, a positive outlook of their world because they are able to express themselves with the thing they know the best-technology and art. My project will be creating a music technology lab which is also capable of teaching fundamental music theory and performance. Students will get an opportunity to apply all that they've learned and have a virtual ensemble to actually perform their work.
