We hope to purchase the Vernier system of digital lab equipment for our Physics department. Two classrooms currently share the Vernier lab equipment that we have, and we seek to expand the number of units in our inventory in order to make lab groups smaller and increase individual responsibility for data collection and analysis. The digital lab equipment makes gathering data easier, more accurate, and much more enjoyable for Physics students! Students are able to instantly see the graphs that go with their investigations, making the time between data gathering and analysis much shorter. The equipment takes care of all of the tedious steps allowing more time for analysis.
