This year I am teaching Algebra 1b who are students that find learning Math very difficult. By creating a "Flipped Classroom" model, it gives the students the opportunity to watch my lectures, take notes, and summarize the content prior to their class. Therefore giving them hands-on time with problem solving, the ability to have more one-on-one help and removing much of the frustration of doing Math homework.
