These song books will be the students' textbook for the year. There is repertoire included for all parts of the year (winter concert, festival, folk music). Students will be allowed to take them home to practice along with tracks that I will create in an online google classroom. We will use them to develop in all areas of musicianship--projection, vowels, diction, etc. We have been working on these skills throughout the year, but it is a struggle with wearing masks and social distancing due to COVID-19 concerns. These songs are specifically picked to help a young choir develop their voices and hopefully gain some confidence in their singing and performance.
