First graders are balls of energy and need to be able to move in the classroom. With bouncy bands, they can move but still learn. This is always a way of letting the kids release this energy in a way that's not distracting to others, because the movement happens under their desk, as the bands go on the bottom of the chairs. Allowing movement also gives the opportunity for the students to stay focused in class, and create a positive learning environment. The kids will be able to wiggle while they work!

About my class
